All 4 pieces are included: the house with adapter, Black Cat Crossing accessory, maple tree, and bag of fallen leaves. The lights were tested and work as they should.Manufacturing defect noted: area on the right side of the house at its bottom edge where paint doesn’t go all the way to the edge. See photo #8.
